If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase from LilliBean Designs, please contact us via hello@lillibeandesigns.com and we will do our best to fix the situation.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your product.
- All returns must be in the same condition as when purchased, including all original packaging.
- All returns can be replaced, or exchanged for store credit or refund.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable for changes of heart.
- Please keep your return tracking number in case we do not receive your return shipment.

- END OF COLLECTION SALE ITEMS
Refunds
- Once your item is recieved in the studio, an email will be sent to notify you of reciept and the status of your refund
- Goods returned in a condition deemed damaged or unacceptable may not recieve a full refund.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be credited to your original payment method
MISSING OR UNDELIVERED ITEMS
As we offer a tracking and insurance coverage (express post) in our shipping options we are unable to refund or replace missing or undelivered items. Please select the express post option to ensure tracked and insured coverage
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at hello@lillibeandesigns.com and send your item to the returns address on your packing invoice.
Gifts
- If your order was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
