I love how empowering these Soul Whispers are. It’s such a clever way to encourage getting in touch with your soul even just to hear one whisper and get creative with it. This is soo good because Kirst takes the guess work out of it and guides you! I have had so many excuses not to pick up this kind of sweet little creative act, but being shown the way makes it seem so achievable!
