Now I am not talking about your fitness, health or hygiene habits. We are not talking about how you may chew your nails, or pick your pimples.

But remember last week how we talked about if we had strong, soul deep whys, our hows become easy and enjoyable?

Well this week we are talking more in-depth about the how.

How you set up a successful creative habit.

How you can easily plan, measure and reward yourself for being creative.

How you can make your habit one that you look forward to every day.

How if you are a night owl like me you can be inspired to wake up early in the morning!!

The steps I took to create an everyday habit, which had me playing, creating and exploring. And the importance of measuring, planing, rewarding and feeding your habit.
