MY FAVOURITE THINGS
The studio is in a strange lull at the moment, back to back markets mean that I am practising self-care and NOT starting any last-minute projects this week before I pack the car on Friday for the Bathurst Christmas Design Expo this weekend.
After this market, I have a three-week break before my final market for 2024 at Handmade Canberra, which is always such a vibe, that I am so very excited to be there!
With Christmas fast approaching, (Our wee beastie joyfully told us Christmas was 6 weeks to the day over dinner last night), I thought I would share with you a few of my current favourite things from the studio.
1. CHRISTMAS DOME
The Mr and Mrs Claus Dome is my most favourite decoration to date. I adore everything about it, but I especially love the handmade acorn light that you can turn on and off made from Cowra acorns from down the road.
They are even more special as these domes are a one off and there are only seven available.
2. AFFIRMATION CARDS AND NEW AFFIRMATION EXTENSION SET
I think these could be my most popular product of 2024, and I love how they have been embraced by the LilliBean community. The original Soul Mantra affirmation sets have had a little glow-up (a new tin instead of the cardboard box) and there are now an additional 20 cards that you can now add to your original cards.
3. NEW JOURNALS AND NOTEBOOKS.
You all know how much I love journalling, so of course I had to make my own range of journals.
Featuring some of the most beloved paintings and new never-seen designs these are available as a lined or blank journal. The wee beastie who managed to snag the one that was damaged in the studio told me that they were delicious to write in. (These, hand on heart, were her exact words!)
The journals are printed outside of the studio from Amazon but are usually shipped within a week. (but I would leave two to be safe if you were thinking of present ideas!)
4. MOONSCAPE MINIS
This has to be my most favourite procrastination project ever! Instead of painting the 1001 wee beasties on my desk, I totally indulged myself and created these mini moonscapes. (Better than Ice cream I tell ya!)
At approx 10cm these moons are just adorable and of course, crystals were included!
5. SOUL MANTRAS
If you are looking for a soulful gift idea you cannot go wrong with a Soul Mantra, they are small lightweight original paintings, that speak to the heart, spark joy and are a daily reminder of how worthy you are.
These are the final paintings for the Soul Mantra Collection, celebrating love, joy, abundance and gratitude, and have been so beautifully received by the LilliBean community that it will be hard to say goodbye to them, but in true Kirstin style, I have a new mini painting collection brewing that I am excited about sharing with you next year!
6. THE 2025 ART CALENDAR
Finally, they are in the studio and it has been well worth the wait. These calendars really do combine function with beauty – big squares and a notes section for all your appointments combined with 12 frame-worthy images on lux paper.
