JULY 2021 UPDATE.

2021 saw the addition of an art journalling practice to my weekly rituals. I have written about it in depth here . 

Today I want to share some more of the journal pages I have been creating lately. Some of which have inspired new larger paintings.

I am so happy I had added this practice before covid and lockdowns began again, with toilet paper again being rationed and with so many plans and thoughts up in the air, this is bringing a little bit of sanity to my day!
